Just spent 2 nights here and it was pretty chill. Room was nice, but no central heating which made it a bit damp with the weather. The breakfast options were ace, especially with local produce. They’ve got a relaxed vibe in the bar with a solid beer selection, and a good amount of parking too.

We stayed for 3 nights in a cozy room that felt more like home. The big wood bed was a real treat, and Denise at breakfast was super friendly, made our mornings. Only annoying thing was a noisy kitchen fan that could be heard in our room. Loved the easy bus access to York!
